Pozdrav Svima!

Zovem se Nikola i od ove sezone počinjem sa radom na River Ambassadoru, kompanija Uniworld, pozicija Chef de Partie.
Moje iskustvo na moru je bilo 2 ugovora za Disney, gde sam počeo kao Demi-Chef de Partie, u toku prvog ugovora dobio promociju za Chef de partie.
Otvorio sam Disney Fantasy radeći u Pantry-u, a kasnije vodeći sekcije Veg, Fish i Roast&Sauce.
Iskustvo na kopnu bilo je 1.5 godina u Hyatt-u, godinu dana u "Hotel IN",godinu dana restoran Bolero,Vila jelena...sezona 2008. sam radio jednom motelu blizu kopra u Sloveniji.
Putem priča na brodu, došao sam do ideje da se prijavim za rečni brod preko Riverside-a. Prošao sam intervju i sad čekam ukrcaj koji bi trebao biti 27.3. u Amsterdamu.

(ja i moj prijatelj Gopinath iz Indije, zajedno smo vodili Buffet liniju za doručak-večeru i Casual dining, svakodnevno za 2500 ljudi ,uz nas još 8 Commis-a :) )
