Stvarno ne mogu da verujem da sam jedini na forumu koji je privremeno odbijen po clanu 221(g)!
Dali su mi papir na kome pise:
"Your application requires further administrative processing.
We will contact you at the telephone number you provided in your application as soon as we are able to proceed with your adjudication.
If you have not heard from this office within 90 days, you may want to contact us at the following thelephone number: 011-306-4700"
Da nije neko cuo za slicnu situaciju? Koliko ta provera moze da traje?
Ja nisam cuo do sada za ovako nesto, ako u sustini apliciras za C1D vizu ne bih trebao imati problema. Da li si ikada bio u US, da li su te ikada odbili za neku americku vizu. Evo sta sam izgooglao za 221g
221(g) Refusal - U.S. Visa
Some applicants are ineligible to receive a U.S. visa under INA section 221(g) due to failure to provide some information or document(s), or some further procedure, or review by the U.S. Consulate or another U.S. government agency (such as USCIS) must be completed.
Even though the 221(g) rule is the same across all U.S. Consulates, different Consulates have been asking for varying levels of information for several visas such as the H1 visa. And even though the specific color itself may not mean anything, several U.S. Consulates, specifically in India, have been using the 221(g) form of different colors to indicate different types of requirements or problems.
Many cases are put under administrative processing for security review. In most cases, there is no security issue. Still, visa applications remain pending for weeks or months.
