- assistant WAITER(ess) : for the diningrooms need experience in fine dining
- WAITERS : need 3 years experience in fine dining at 4****hotels or restaurants
- BAR WAITER(ess) : serving the drinks
- BARTENDERS : preparing the drinks , cocktail experience is a must

The following positions are opened:

1st Maitre

Directly responding to the Director of Services, responsibilities include the organization of various dining outlets onboard one of our Cruise Ships.
He/she is responsible for the correct implementation of Company Procedures, while ensuring that Guest satisfaction is maintained at all times at peak levels within the dining room outlets.
He/she is actively involved in developing highly skilled personnel who applies continuously the excellence concept onboard the ships.

He/she will:
- have 2/3 years experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry
- have a vast food knowledge, coupled with a certificate in USPH (or similar)
- be a graduate of Hotel/Tourism/Restaurant Management School , or have completed a hotel apprenticeship
- have good computer skills
- be fluent in English (other European languages are a plus)
- have good interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
- be a problem solver and a team leader
Strong motivations are necessary as well as open-mindedness towards creative ideas, and innovation.


2nd Maitre

Directly responding to the 1st Maitre, responsibilities include the organization of specific dining outlets onboard of one of our Cruise Ships.
He/she directly ensures that the excellence concept is applied throughout the dining experience of our international clientele.
He/she is responsible for the seamless insertion of new recruits into the multiethnical team.

He/she will:
- have 2/3 years experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry
- have a vast food knowledge, coupled with a certificate in USPH (or similar)
- be a graduate of Hotel/Tourism/Restaurant Management School, or have completed a hotel apprenticeship
- have good computer skills
- be fluent in English (other European languages are a plus)
- have good interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
- be a problem solver and team player
Strong motivations are necessary as well as an innovative mind-set.

Executive Chef

To be accountable for both operational duties and qualitative controls concerning the total Food Production on board a ship; he/she is responsible for the correct implementation of company procedures while ensuring that our international clientele is experiencing culinary delights in all of our Food outlets. Leading a multi ethnical team, he/she is in charge of training and actively taking part in the technical development of the Kitchen brigade.

He/she will have:
- 2/3 years work experience as an Executive Chef in an International Company preferably with some ship’s experience. World Cuisine knowledge combined with advanced USPH certificates
- Hotel/Tourism school or University
- Some computer skills and fluent English (other European languages are a plus)
- Good organisation skills, interpersonal skills and personal attributes of problem solving
Strong motivation and team player skills are also necessary.

Sous Chef

Directly responding to the Executive Chef, responsibilities include administrative tasks of some sections of the Kitchen brigade on board a ship.
He/she isresponsible of the daily production of menus that are prepared according to the highest international quality standards.
He/she ensures good working relations amongst a multi ethnical team.

He/she will have:
- 2/3 years work experience in a similar position in hotel or on board. A vast food knowledge together with an USPH certificate
- University degree and/or graduate of Hotel/Tourism School
- Good computer skills, fluency in English (other European languages are a plus)
- Good interpersonal, communication and organisational skills and personal attributes of analytical thinking and problem solving
Strong motivation and team player skills are also necessary.
