Please stop spamming the entire forum with the same questions. All the information you're going to get that way is the explanation for why you got banned.
You should try and apply for a position through one of the employment agencies in your home country (if there are any - use google).
That's the way how it usually goes. You apply through an agency, they find a position that best suits your qualifications and you don't have to pay them any fees (usually). Be careful, there are a lot of scams on the web.
