Pozdrav svima s viking stara posebno tebi šefe,  razmisljam otici kod HR i raspitati se o promjeni departmenta u security jer mi je konobarenja preko glave, odrekao bi se i dobrog dijela para koje sad zaradujem da promijenim department... da skratim pitanje za one koji imaju konkretne informacije. Sefe bez iskustva u poslu jel ima sanse za tako nesto. Moj adut je poznavanje borilackih vjestina na trenerskom nivou ali sumnjam da cu ovdje redariti... spreman sam kad odem na vacation poloziti potrebme tecajeve i stcw ali me zanima jel ima sanse i racunice  u tome jer vidim da to rade samo filipinci.

Description:
The Spa Manager should be qualified as a Hairstylist as the role will require from them providing hairdressing services to our guests. The Spa Manager is also responsible for the daily operation of Beauty Salon, Saunas, Fitness and Massage Rooms. Additional responsibilities include health and safety, administration, accounting, maintaining service levels and managing SPA Staff.

The role involves:

Developing and implementing business plans for the department
Ensuring that all guests are receiving courteous and efficient service
Developing and implementing plans to achieve customer service objectives
Following up with guests to determine customer satisfaction level
Following, implementing and monitoring safety regulations
Promoting sales
Completing stock taking at the end of every month and effectively managing cost of sales
Providing employees with the orientation and training needed to understand expectations and perform job responsibilities
Creating 100% guest satisfaction by providing employees with the training and resources they need to maximize employee engagement
Seeking opportunities to improve the customer experience by seeking customer feedback and reviewing management reports and developing strategies to improve department and hotel service
The individual must be flexible with working hours. Our spas are open 7 days a week with long opening hours for the gym, so you will be expected to work weekends as well as early and late shifts
Qualifications:
Qualified and technically excellent Hair Stylist as you will still need to be hands on with performing treatments
Minimum 5 years experience as a Hair Stylist
Previous experience in managing Spa department
Qualifications or experience in Retail Management, stock management
Line Management Experience
All the above are essential skills to have for this position.

Description:
Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines is part of the international Fred. Olsen organisation and is well known for its quality cruises and the ‘personal’ touch we offer our passengers.
We are currently looking for a dedicated Sous Chef with a ‘hands on’ approach and ideally with previous cruise ship experience in similar role.
You will be expected to assist the Executive Chef/ Executive Sous Chef in directing and supervising of preparation and production, in accordance with the established company's menu and recipes, of all food on board to be served to both guests and crew taking into consideration dietary, religious and cultural requirements.

You will be responsible for managing, monitoring and developing team members (up to 50 people) to ensure the provision of high quality, professionally prepared food products, whilst ensuring all work is carried out safely, efficiently and in accordance with all current safety and company regulations (including Public Health Policy and ILO).

You will be expected to maintain and improve standards, identifying areas of improvement and delivering positive change to ensure we exceed our guests' experience, sometimes it will mean maximizing all resources and budgets without compromising quality, appearance or taste.

Qualifications:
Minimum 6 years of progressive food preparation experience in high volume hotels/restaurants/cruise ships to include 5 years experience as Sous Chef or 3 years experience as a Chef de Cuisine in a smaller environment.
Completion of associate degree or equivalent and/or Chef apprenticeship program from an accredited culinary or hospitality school
Good command of written and spoken English
Competent IT skills, including good knowledge of Fidelio Management System
Supervisory experience
A proven record of running, training staff and co coordinating at least 4 sections of the kitchen excluding Pastry and Bakery.
Awareness of budgets and food wastage gained within a corporate environment will be an advantage
Working knowledge of USPH standards

Pitanje, oporezuje li republika hrvatska prihode ostvarene na riječnim brodovima, pogotovo me zanima ciparski ugovor jer prema ovom pravilniku http://www.porezna-uprava.hr/HR_publikacije/Prirucnici_brosure/DvostukoOporezivanje_2011.pdf

na listi država s kojim imamo sporazum o izbjegavanju plačanja dvostrukog poreza cipar nije prema gore navedenom pravilniku. ovih dana u medijima se jako puno piše kako porezna hvata sve koji rade vani a prebivaju u RH za "neplaćeni porez"

Ima li netko kakva saznanja o potrebnoj edukaciji za nautičko osoblje na jahtama, naime postoji jako puno škola u svijetu koje provode obuku i daju razne certifikate uglavnom koliko vidim čak su i manje više usklađeni i vrijede svuda po svijetu, no zanima me je li ta edukacija dostatna za konkuriranje za nautičke entry position na jahtama, i dali te dozvole vrijede za pokrenuti kakav manji privatni biznis?

pozdrav.
prije mjesec dana vidio sam na eures portalu (europska burza rada) da ciparska firma traži konobare.
firma se zove rivercruise-services, poslao sam im CV, jutros mi se javi žena koja je maitred i radi za tu kompaniju da bavimo intervju, što smo obavili za par sati, u intervjuu mi na dugo i široko priča o firmi, kako bi ja bio prvi hrvat kojeg bi ukrcali... i o uvjeetima, zvuči jako dobro... i kaže kako još nakon mene ima 2 intervjua za obaviti i kako će javiti rezultate brzo jer moraju ovaj tjedan zaključiti regrutiranje. i evo javlja da sam prošao i da pošaljem broj putovnice i sl. kako bi mi mogli poslati ugovor...

mene zanima ima li itko kakvih iskustva s agencijom ili samom firmom luftner?
inaće provjeravao sam po internetu na razne načine vjerodostojnost agencije i firme, čak sam i osobni profil te žene pregledavao(nije za baciti  :D) i sve mi djeluje ok, ali ta hitnost mi pomalo smrdi.
