Guys, I applied as a dishwasher. Now it's time to embark. How hard is the work ? How many dishwashers work in one shift ?

I appilied with G&P and got my visa. But a few days later I passed interview directly with Scenic. My question: is my visa valid to work for Scenic ? In visa remarks there is no written G&P, only river ship. Can G&P ask embassy to cancel my visa ?

Hi guys ! I'm from Ukraine. Recently I have passed interview with G&P for cabin steward position. Also I have my visa done already.
They offer me Scenic or Emerald Waterways.
Did anybody work there on the same positon and can share experiene ?
Comparing ocean ships, which is harder ?
Salary. I was told by recruiter that I will get approx. 600$ tips every month. Is that true ?
I read not good comments about G&P. Now don't know what to do, join or refuse.
