Znači, sad ja moram paziti da ne bih napisao neghdje nešto negativno o Puerto Chiapasu, najgoroj luci u kojoj sm ikad bio u životu, o kojoj se stvarno nema ništa pozitivno za reći? Razumijem da ako sam dio kompanije da to podrazumniejva neku lojalnost sve dok sam njihov, ali što to mene obvezuje prema Guatemali, Bahamima ili kome već?

The Company respects your right to participate in online social networks, such as Facebook, MySpace, Twitter, and
YouTube, on your personal time and in your personal capacity. However, any online postings that mention the Company
or your work at the Company must not improperly disclose any information that is not generally known to the public, or
otherwise violate any of the policies set forth in this CBA or in any other Company policies. If you establish social media
groups containing the word “Princess”, “Carnival Australia”, or “P&O Cruises”, then it must be closed so that passengers
and others cannot readily view any content. You must not use a Company e-mail address for any online postings or
hold yourself out as speaking on behalf of the Company without the Company’s express authorization in advance. If
you mention the Company or its business, you should identify that you are an employee of Princess Cruises and that
the views expressed are yours alone and do not represent the views of the Company. In addition, you must avoid any
offensive, harassing, or defamatory content that could have adverse consequences for the Company, yourself or your
colleagues. You must respect the privacy rights of your co-workers and abide by our Core Value “We Respect our Team”.
Recognize that you are legally liable for anything you write or present online. Employees can be disciplined by the
Company for commentary, content, or images that are defamatory, pornographic, proprietary, harassing, libelous, or that
can create a hostile work environment.
Mnogo opušteniju varijantu ovoga sam imao za potpisati i za G&P sada, ali se to odnosi samo na korišćenje slika/video zapisa u njihovu korist i za njihove promotivne svrhe bez da tražim da mi se plati, tako nešto, više kao pristanak da ako im se ćefne, mogu da me okače na bilbord (mada mislim da im to neće pasti na pamet)
