Još nije utvrđeno da li je test isti za sve pozicije, za koje se pozicije uopće upražnjava ovaj test, i još ima nejasnoća. Ono što je jasno, to je da ako hoćete proći ovaj assessment, morate odabirati uglavnom najdebilnije odgovore, koji će vas prikazati kao roba koji se želi potrgati na poslu, dati život za Carnival, i pri tom mu opće nije bitna kvaliteta života, tj spreman je i u slobodno vrijeme otići do supervajzora i pitati ga šta treba, jel može još šta odradit za kompaniju prije nego mu srce rikne od napora ili ga strefi šlag.
Dakle, ako ne znate odgovor na neko pitanje, pitajte se, šta bi debil uradio? I to je sigurno točan odgovor. Jedino tako prolazite. A to što vam u agenciji kažu "po savjesti, iskreno, šta prvo padne na pamet ...", na to nemam nekog pametnog komentara. Mistificira me zašto bi svoje kandidate tako gurali u ponor. Kao da ne rade za proviziju. Tjah, vrijeme će pokazati kakva je to igra.

Upravo danas sam bila na treningu EP-a i mogu reci da, bez obzira na ponavljanje i raznovrsnost pitanja, taktika je sljedeca- vi ste SUPER fun, happy, organised, resourceful, helpful, motivated , skilled, enthusiastic, pleasant, friendly... Dakle, vi ste cista desetka u svemu, i pravo je cudo da Vi aplicirate za posao, umjesto da su dosli po Vas. :D
Ako kojim slucajem dobijete napad racionalnosti pa pomislite - zasto odgovor "zavisi od situacije" ne bi bio tacan, odmah se prekinite u toj djavoljoj raboti i upisite sebi desetku.
Bas kao sto je Sef rekao, nadam se da ce Balkan postati rasadnik talenata, sa 0% oborenih i 100% odgovarajucih licnosti. :D

da, ista su bila i to su mi slali na mail link da se ulogiram na njihov web i ispunim taj test. Traje oko pol sata do 40min. da se ispuni. Zato mi je i glupavo da moram njihov medical opet koji je isti kao i kod Dr.Batarella i psihotest koji sam odradio preko weba, zato sam i pitao u onoj temi od kad popis vrijedi.

Slazem se sa Sefom..pokusavaju napraviti testove umesto da uloze u ljude koji bi selektirali na pravi nacin i stvorili pravi uvid u new hire people (ni interview od 10min mi nije merodavan )..ovako neki klinac za kompom vec moze da napravi programcic koji ce izguravati 100% rezultate..
bacanje para i vremena..a neko ce platiti ceh za igrariju. :tuctuc:

Da se razumijemo, imao sam 3 tjedna nakon toga testa intervju u Italiji koji se sastojao od skoro sat i pol ispitivanja materije za poziciju za koju idem. Tako da je taj test onako vise informativan

Juce je Josip iz Ep-a rekao da je prosle sedmice za prolaz bilo potrebno 67%, ove sedmice 72%. Dakle i sama kompanija "zaostrava". Od nas petoro na treningu, troje je palo test. Jedan momak je u 5 ujutru krenuo u BL, da bi dobio mrtvo-'ladno "Vi ste pali test". Tako da barem nama nije bilo informativno, ali se nadam da za sve ubuduce ce biti.
I da, isto sam radila preko linka, na njihovom sajtu, i uopste nije bilo ograniceno. Stavise, bilo je na svakom pitanju save and exit, a na pocetku je bio savket da ga je najbolje uraditi iz prvog puta.

Ja sam takodje rjesavala test za RCL. Kompanija mi je poslala link preko omniagroup.com za rjesavanje psiho testa. Bilo je oko 70 tricky pitanja, uglavnom na sva sam odgovorila onako kako mislim da bi poslodavcu odgovaralo. Zatim su radili background check preko HireRight agencije - provjera obrazovanja, radnog iskustva i jesam li osudjivana ... za obrazovanje i radno iskustvo sam morala navesti sve kontalte i sve te ljude redom su zvali i pitali sta su oni meni, koliko sam radila kod njih, kako sam se pokazala, da li bi me preporucili, koliko sam studirala itd. Sto se tog psiho testa tice, stvarno su bezveze pitanja ali sve se svodi na to da se nadredjenom ne protivurjeci i da se zadaci izvrsavaju bez pogovora ono kao u vojsci a s osmijehom

Radio sam ovaj test u Employment Poweru 2-3 dana pred novu godinu . Firma Carnival Pozicija : Bar Waiter Pitanja nisu uopste teska , sto sta imaju sablonske odgovore stim da se pojedina pitanja pojavljuju iznova samo sa drugacijim rasporedom cisto da se vidi da li se stavlja isti odgovor . Imao sam perfektan skor . Nista tesko .

Onda mi agencija ponudi totalno drugu poziciju, ulogujem se sa drugacijim mailom i uradim test. Nisam ni htjela da znam za rezultat. Otisla i evo juce se vratila sa prvog ugovora. :)

Zabrzali su me danas iz EP za poziciju pomocnika za eksurzije da se prijavim, i poslali mi link ovog testa i evo kazu da sam pala :waiting: Tek kad sam zavrsila nadjoh ovde temu i skontam - ja odgovrala onako full iskreno. Jel ovaj Talent test presudan za apliciranje na Carnivalu? Ono kad jednom padnes vise nema prijava ili... ? Moze li da se loguje sa drugim mailom i da ponovo polazem?

Sjecam se da, kad sam i sama zveknula taj test, pitala sam Sinisu isto, da li su mi vrata Carnivala zatvorena. Odgovorio mi je "Nije, ali se mora cekati". Sta se ceka, vjerovatno ni sam nije znao ali, kao sto si mogla da procitas, nedugo zatim sam se ulogovala sa drugim mailom ali na drugu poziciju. Da li bi mogla na isto mjesto, sa drugim mailom, mislim da bi ti Sinisa to znao najbolje reci. Mozda se do sad nesto promijenilo. Premda mi je cudno da te nisu posavjetovali da odgovaras u superlativu.

Ja sam prvo imao intervju. Posle dva dana mi stigao na mail talent test prosao i njega. E sad vidim da neki pominju da su posle ovog testa imali intervju.
