We are currently seeking candidates for immediate assignment onboard our fleet.EXPERIENCE
Required
• Minimum 3 years experience in an IT support position.
• Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems, service desk tools and standards.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience within a team-oriented, direct customer facing environment with strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service skills including face to face experience in selling and supporting.
Desired
• Computer Science, Hotel Management or Travel tertiary qualification would be viewed very highly.
• A knowledge of IT Governance practices and laws including Sarbanes-Oxley, PCI and experience managing under Corporate Governance requirements.
• Experience with Fidelio Cruise, Micros, Oracle or other applications in the hospitality and catering industries.
• Experience supporting E-Business solutions would be viewed highly.
• Retail or selling experience would be viewed highly.
