Nemoj da se ljutis odmah. Sad im samo pokazi da je to bio trenutak slabosti i zaboravice. E kakve sam ja gromade (crnce) vidjao kako placu na prvom ugovoru. Sve to ide u rok sluzbe. Samo cepaj dani idu ...

Kako vam idu base pay kroz nivoe fotografa? Koliko prosecno dobijate na comission?

Bolja kinta nego u Image u svakom slucaju. Ali slaba vajda ovde traze fotografe sa brodskim iskustvom. Tesko ce se neko tamo vracat za te pare.
Da je barem 1600 base pay + comissions naslo bi se raje. Jbg ... izgleda da ce u narednim godinama kao fotografi raditi samo filipinci i kinezi. Cek samo da nauce engleski :)

Pregledah ceo medical i sve je ovde u redu.
Brate, ispalili su te tako da lepo ne mozes nista da im kazes.

Zasto, o tome ne treba da lupas glavu. Stisni zube i trazenje druge pozicije za drugu kompaniju. Sa srecom!

Na Celebrity-ju gde su kruzevi 14 dana je kao AMP zaradjivao $ 2500 ?!?!?!?!??! A kada je to bilo....2001 godine?
Video sam plate AMP-a na Celbrity-ju.....jer sam tamo radio.......ali 2500$....apsolutno nema sanse u 2012-2013 godini.
2500$ je plata photo menagera na Celebrity-ju trenutno.

Moj prosli AMP na RCL gde su kruzevi 7 dana je zaradjivao $1800-$2000 mesecno. I najverovatnije ce dati otkaz nakon 6 godina na brodovima jer kao sto je rekao "nece da vise radi za eksere".

Na Celebrity-ju je mogao da zaradi ... mozda ... samo na Reflection-u koji ima  dana kruzove i mladju populaciju ... mozda. Ujedno to je i jedini Celebrity brod koji pogadja targerte.

Otkud to pa Image je izgubio NCL ne znam sa kojom to firmom planiraju da saradjuju?

Image je dobio MSC, tako da mi je zao MSC fotografa koji su radili za evre ... sada ce da rade za 700$ base salary ...  oT

Your job when working for this company will be to promote and sell this products. From the beginning you will have two big advantages: - first that this kind of product has a huge demand, - second, you are working on a cruise ship, therefore you have from the start a great number of costumers that surely will enter your space every week (every ship has a capacity of over 2000 passenger). And this is the biggest advantage that you don't have while working on a shop on land. Nakon svog iskustva i iskustva jedno 15 poznanika koji su napustili Image docaracu vam sistem ekspoatacije.

Prvo vas deru agenti:
Koji vam uzimaju od 350-500 eura nepotrebno. (Vec dobijaju novac od kompanije koja vas zaposljava).

Jos troskova:
Lekarski, viza, operativni troskovi oko 250-350e

Dolazite u Image:
Aparat, uniforma i depozit (koji je zabranjen da se uzima po ratifikovanoj konvenciji ILO 2006) = 1450$

Ukrcavate se na brod:
Prvih 3 meseca otplacujete Image-u 1450$ a plata vam je ~700$ (Od plate vam mesecno ostaje oko 200$ mesecno za pice u crew baru, interent i slicne potrepstine)
Sledecih 5 meseci radite za 700$ i do kraja ugovora pravite 3500$. Firma vam placa kartu kuci.

Dosli ste kuci:
Posto ste u pocetku potrosili oko 700-800e pre odlaska na brod to je oko 1000$. Dakle realno ste zaradili 2500$.

Sedite kuci i cuvate kintu u steku.
Nakon dva meseca vracate se u Image. Karta iz Srbije do Havaja vam obracunavaju po ceni od NEVEROVATNIH 2500$

Nista + Nista je Nista = Crva nije ni bilo:
Cestitamo upravo ste shvatili koliko ste magare i da ste upravo radili 6 meseci za dzabe.
Zaboravio sam da ste se kuci vratili sa telom fotoaparata D90 koje sa 20-30000 snimaka mozete da prodate za 200e ukoliko imate srece.

Da rezimiramo:
Da li ste spremi u Srbiji da radite posao 6 meseci bez novcane nadoknade?


Spreman sa da svakom zanteresovanom dostavim kontakte kolega koji ce vam potvrditi celu pricu i koji su vec napustili Image.
Da napomenem, ovo se odnosi samo za lose brodove koji cine 95% brodova na kojima Image ima konceciju.
Ukoliko dobijete brod iz klase Oasis, Alure ili Cunard situacija je malo povoljnija.

Sansa da dobijete dobar brod je oko 10% ali to ce vam reci nakon treninga u Miami-ju. Dakle sami placate kartu kuci.

BTW, Image je dobio koncesiju na MSC tako da uveliko regrutuju, a zelim im da dobiju sto manje fotografa iz Srbije u buducnosti!!!!
