Dosta pitanja o platama kao AW na RCCL, evo pronadjoh ovo pa sami racunajte.

Our suggested gratuity guidelines take in account our crew members that work hard to provide and maintain the highest level of service while sailing the high seas. Whether working behind the scenes or serving your evening meal, our staff and crew make sure you enjoy every moment spent onboard a Royal Caribbean cruise ship.

The daily amounts below have been calculated with this in mind. For new bookings that set sail on or after July 1, 2011, the suggested gratuities are:
Waiter:   $3.75 USD   a day per guest
Assistant Waiter:   $2.15 USD   a day per guest
Head Waiter:   $.75 USD   a day per guest
Stateroom Attendant/
Other Housekeeping Services:   $5.00 USD   a day per guest
Suite Attendant/
Other Housekeeping Services:   $7.25 USD   a day per guest

Gratuities are voluntary and at the discretion of each guest. These guidelines serve as suggestions to help guest express their gratitude for the outstanding service they experience on their Royal Caribbean cruise vacation.

Note: These gratuities apply to guests of all ages. Gratuities for other service personnel are at your discretion. A 15% gratuity will automatically be added to any purchases in the bar, dining room, spa services and salon services.

Notice to guests: Gratuities may be shared with other crew members depending on the particular service requirement.

Envelopes for gratuities will be provided in your stateroom on the last night of the cruise. Gratuities may be paid in the following ways:
   Pre-paid by having them added to your reservation by your booking agent.
   Added to your onboard SeaPass account.
   Paid in cash at the end of the cruise

ovako je na CCL-u po novome:
$3.70 za stateroom stearda i njegovog asistenta
$5.80 za head team waitera i njegovog asistenta
$2.00 alternative services (buffet)

dakle, $11.50 dnevno. prije je bilo $10.00 dnevno.

za bartendere se priprema promjena gdje vise nece imati 15% od cijene pica, vec bi im gosti sami trebali davati napojnice. Nisam sigurna kad ovo krece na snagu, ali mi smo vec imali sastanak na kojem se spomenula nova procedura...

to je zato sto se radi o sistemu PER GUEST, a jedan HEAD WAITER ima ispod sebe nekoliko waiter-a, stoga on ima sve njihove goste i zato dobija samo 0.75 po gostu. Primer, ako imas 10 waitera sa po 10 gostiju, znaci da oni dobijaju $37.5 za taj dan, a Head Waiter dobija 0.75 za 100 gostiju, sto je $75.   Zoki, je l mislimo na isto?

Znam ja sta je sistem Per Guest.
Head waiter ima najvise 2 pomocnika sa sobom a ne 10 kao sto ti rece.  Na Carnivalu je bilo samo Head waiter I team waiter, a nedavno su uveli I asst team waiter. Ova zadnja pozicija nema nikakve razlike od team waitera osim velike razlike u plati.

Asst team waiter ima $1 po gostu dnevno, team waiter ima. $1.75 a head waiter ima $2.45 po gostu dnevno.

A kako Zoki napisa asst waiter na Royalu ima skoro kao head waiter na Carnivalu.
