Systems Manager / IT Manager
We are starting approx late October to early November
Need to have worked in a luxury environment onboard a ship of similar or larger proportions.
Required good all round IT knowledge and able to trouble shoot the following systems:
Fidelio
MXP
Micros or another EPOS system
VingCard or other electronic Key card Systems
AMOS
Used to repositioning and programming Satellite systems
Wi-Fi set up and management
Remote/wireless or wired embarkation set up in continually changing turn around ports
Windows and other desktop packages
System Back ups
Networking
Well organized with strong customer service skills when assisting onboard personnel and guests
Team player with open and approachable demeanor
Ability to work under pressure and maintain a pleasant working environment
Excellent communication skills.
Salary - $4,300+ per month, vacation pay (equates to 2.5 days salary per month worked), flights to and from vessel. 4 on 2 off rotation – single cabin – 3 stripe officer
