DV 2014 Program-Online Registration
Online registration for the DV-2014 Program has begun on Tuesday, October 2, 2012 at 12:00 noon, Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) (GMT-4), and concludes on Saturday, November 3, 2012 at 12:00 noon, Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) (GMT-4).
First you should check if your country is on the list of the countries whose citizens are eligible to participate.
This list is not published yet.
Another rule (from the past years) is that those who enter the lottery draw must have at least high school education OR at least two years of work experience in the past five years in an occupation requiring at least two years of training or experience to perform.
How can you apply?
1) Prepare all your information including photographs.
2) Go to www.dvlottery.state.gov during the registration period between noon, EDT (GMT-4), Tuesday, October 2, 2012, and noon, EDT (GMT-4), Saturday, November 3, 2012 and complete an on-line application form (paper application forms do not exist any more).
3) When you successfully enter all the required information confirmation screen will containing your name and a unique confirmation number.
You must print this confirmation screen for your records using the print function of your web browser and ensure that you retain your confirmation number.
4) Starting May 1, 2013 (most likely), you will be able to check the status of your DV-2014 entry by returning to www.dvlottery.state.gov Entrant Status Check and entering your unique confirmation number and personal information.
It is very important that you retain your confirmation number. The U.S. Department of State is unable to provide your entry confirmation number if it is lost.

Skroz sam zaboravio ovo već tradicionalno prijavljivanje..
A mogu da se kladim da sam ubacio u podsetnik dan početka lutrije... -()-

Kako funkcionise ovo, kad ce biti sledece prijavljivanje kad je ovo bilo za 2014 sta je tek sledece za 2015?
Koji je oficijelni sajt, posto sam negde procitao da kao naplacuju a ustvari bi prijava trebalo biti besplatna ne?

funkcioniše tako da se prijaviš preko tog sajta za američku zelenu kartu. onda oni izvlače kao loto. i posle možeš da vidiš dal si izvučen.
sledeće prijavljivanje je za DV 2015, verovatno će biti u toku celog oktobra 2013. nekada je bilo okt i nov. a dal si izvučen možeš da vidiš od 1.maja 2014.
oficijelni sajt možeš da vidiš u prvom postu.
ako naplaćuju na pogrešnom si sajtu i to je prevara. mada postoje agencije koje te prijavljuju umesto tebe, da kao ne pogrešiš ništa, al je po meni rizično i to... ako pogrešiš nešto ozbiljnije u prijavi diskvalifikuju te.
