    Uh, to sam vec pisao na forumu photo tema ali bilo je dosta toga od samog odlaska na intervju pa priprema, pa odjelo, pa karta, iznos je preko 1500Eur kada se sitnice saberu

    Uh uzas, ma htio sam da skocim  u atlantik i da plivam

    pa prvi tjedan u Majamiju je bio odlican, hrana, pice setnja itd. ali na brodu druga prica

    da imali smo taj trening 7 dana u Majamiju, ali na brodu pomagali smo jedni drugima tj oni koji su duze tu... mada oni koji imaju vecu pozciju i veci su k****ni, to valjda ide sa pozicijom :)

    Ma nista posebno samo sam se budio po noci misleci da spavam u kovcegu

    dobro, imao sam 2 promocije

    Ludilo, u zivou nisam vidio da se tamo ne postuje da je neko udat/ozenjen, veze na brodu tj. ako neko ima curu/decka nista to ne znaci za one koji zele flert itd...
    Ali inace drustvo je Ok jer ima dosta ljudi pa se moze ici na pice, ici van itd...

    Ma ima ih svakakvih znate svako ima dana kada su veseli, tuzni itd. ali bitno je ako se ljudi udruze a to znaci da se brze sve odradi a pa onda cuga :)

    Uh tamo na Royalu malo pa malo neko je umro, ali bilo je dosta mladih sa djecom tj. vecinom neki spanci, ali svako ima svoje, imate one koji potrose 1000$ za 10min a imate one koji bi sve dzabe, nadje se i nasih koji rade vani

    U sustini da ali kao fotograf morate da fotkate ljude dok izlaze sto znaci da trosite vrijeme dok drugi idu van , ali je ok

    ako i odete na prvi ugovor na neku losu poziciju pokusajte da to prezivite, nadjite svijetlu tocku, a u tom vremenu pogledajte pozicije na brodu pa se prebacite mislim da se 65% ljudi odluci za nesto drugo.

    ma ne znam ni sam toliko stvari sam rekao na forumu tako da jednostavno sve zavisi od vaseg okruzenja a ja svima zelim puno uspjeha i samo naprijed jer svako svoju knjigu uspjeha sam pise, ne gledajte na druge jer ono lose kod drugih vama moze biti dobro znaci samo naprijed i ne bojte se brodova niti oluja :)

    Sasvim slucajno me agent upoznao I ubacio na brod, sve je utanaceno u 3 dana

    Prvo Mediator – Kopar jer je agent bio u Rijeci a poslije Employment Power iz Zagreba, Sinisa Golac – nekako su najprofesionalnije djelovali I imali su najjacu promociju

    Prosao sam tri posla – prvo bar ( barboy, bartender ) zbog skole , pa onda Photo ( photographer, lab manager, photo manager ) zbog hobija a poslije shore excursions jer sam pohadjao hoteljerski fax.

    Prvi interview mi je trajao 10 min I odmah sam saznao das am unutra

    Standardno – medical oko 900kn, provizija agenciji 200e, avio karta 400$, visa 120$

    Znao sam od prilike sto mi treba iako sam se prekrcao s nepotrebnim stvarima.
    Sada putujem samo s ruksakom, sve sto treba se kupi…

    Morska bolest, izgubljenost, samoca, pitanje : Sta ja radim ovdje ?, pa me onda pukla nostalgija…

    Prvi put ne bas toliko, odmah sam bacen u masinu I na posao. Sada vidim da se puno vise vodi racuna o tome, kad se ukrcas dobijes buddya, prijatelja koji je zaduzen da ti pokaze, objasni sve I pomogne da se lakse priviknes.

    Pamtim par ljudi kojima duzim puno, uputili su me u posao, dali podrsku I pogurali kad je trebalo.

    Tesko, manjak privatnosti , skucenost. Poslije su slijedile vece kabine, neke cak I sa portholom – oknom.

    Ne. Prvi nas je agent prevario za zaradu I nismo bili placeni po dogovoru.
    Poslije sam se izborio za bolji novac.

    Naravno. Samo ljudi moraju vidjeti vecu sliku. Strpljenje, upornost, predanost poslu…

    Kad sam bio malo mladji nego sad onda sam visio po partyima, crew bar itd.
    Ukoliko si zeljan provoda i druzenja onda je brod pravo odrediste.

    Svakojaka. Mamine maze, kompleksasi, gundjalice, spijuni, lijencine.
    Ali I pravi ljudi, pozitivne individue, sposobni radnici, nevjerovatni prijatelji do kraja zivota.

    • Kako biste opisali putnike?
    U pocetku sam se smijao svim tim provalama, poslije me pocelo zivcirati.
    Uvidis da su sa drugog planeta I drzis distancu. Ali sam ih uvijek postivao jer su mi donosili kruh.

    Naravno. S boljim poslom ( statusom ) imao sam vise vremena posjecivati luke.
    Prosao sam sve kontinente, oba pola, 165 raznih drzava.

      Svi su me prihvatili jako brzo, a i ja njih i to mi je bilo super. Bili smo kao zajednica, kao jedna porodica pod istim krovom.

      To su bili vecinom Filipinci i Indonezani, ali bilo je jako puno I ljudi sa prostora ex-Yu.

      Vole da postavljaju puno pitanja o svemu i svacemu, da pricaju, ali nikada nisam imala neki problem s njima. Ljubaznost je na prvom mjestu.

      Evo ja cu prvi glasati. Pola radnog vijeka na kruzerima sam proveo u nocnoj smjeni, kada mi je prosjek aktivnosti, u cega ubrajam direktan kontakt sa gostima ili posadom, bio sveden na najmanju mjeru. Imao sam radio na koji bi me zvali u slucaju potrebe, ali se ta potreba, zahvaljujuci mojim organizacijskim vjestinama, ukazivala vrlo rijetko.
      Ni uz najbolju volju ne mogu radom nazvati gledanje ponocnog filma u kinu, sa radiom za pojasom. Ili cuganje u disku, ispijanje kava u crew baru, citanje knjiga u biblioteci, gledanje dvd filmova na kancelarijskom kompjuteru prikljucenog na vanjski hard disk, moderiranje foruma usred atlantika iz vlastitog office-a ... itd.

      Dakle, bez griznje savjesti izjavljujem da sam u svojih 7 godina na kruzerima radio u prosjeku 5 sati dnevno.  +U+

      Na kruzeru se mora raditi i to dosta. Ako odrađuješ svoj posao dobro bit će ti odlično.
      Moraš uvijek biti raspoložen i uljudan s gostima.

      Slijedeci opis je vrlo jednostavno srocena shema koja se bazira na tome da zbog dobrog opisa posla i dobre place, covjek zagrize i pozeli aplicirati za posao. Da bi aplicirao, ovaj puta se mora prvo registrirati na stranicu gdje se "nudi" posao (aljazeerajobs.com), a zatim ce biti usmjeren na stranicu gdje ce uvijeno i zamagljeno izgledati kao da agencija "International Cruise Services" nudi posao, a ustvari traze da se registriras za nekih 50-60$, i onda u konacnici dobijes bijedni newsletter od kojega nema nikakve koristi. Cisto da ih ne mozes tuziti, jer mogu reci da su ti "pomogli" pribliziti posao informacijom, sto je ustvari i jedino konkretno sto nude. A to sto je informacija bezvrijedna - to je vec druga prica.

      The cruise industry's highest priority is to ensure the safety and security of its passengers, crew and vessels.
      A cruise ship is inherently secure because it is a controlled environment with limited access. In order to maintain this secure environment, cruise lines have established strict ship security procedures that are, in part, outlined in internationally agreed-upon measures set forth by the International Maritime Organization (IMO).
      The IMO, the United Nations body that establishes international maritime safety standards, has taken initiatives to address port and shipboard security. Most recently, worldwide security regulations known as the International Ship and Port Facility Security (ISPS) Code were implemented as amendments to the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea (SOLAS). Prior to these international regulations, CLIA cruise line members had U.S. Coast Guard-approved security plans in place since 1996, in which many of the future requirements of the ISPS Code and MTSA were already included. These plans allowed cruise ships to implement their highest level of security within hours of the events of Sept. 11, 2001.

      Heightened security measures are standard for cruise ships today and include passenger screening procedures similar to those found at U.S. airports including the use of metal detectors. Security procedures include the 100 percent inspection of all passengers, their carry-on baggage and luggage. Each crewmember holds a U.S. seafarers visa and has thus undergone a U.S. State Department background check prior to visa issuance. In addition, all crewmembers and guests are placed on an official manifest and may embark and disembark only after passing through a security checkpoint. Once a ship is underway, only documented employees and fare-paying passengers are on board. Cruise lines employ security experts and advisors and train onboard personnel in security procedures. Many additional security techniques are routinely utilized by both port and cruise line security but remain invisible to the passengers' eye.

      The cruise industry works closely with federal, state, and local agencies. They have a security committee that is comprised of corporate security officers from each cruise line, many of which have military or law enforcement backgrounds. Their aim is prevention and detection of crime and maintains law and order on board the ship.
      Ensure that the Company's rules and regulations are not breached by passengers or crew. Act as prosecutor at the Captains Court and be able to advise on ports of law/procedure. Security measures when docked and be aware of the correct protocol and procedure in relation to local customs and immigration regulations. Advise the Captain as to The International Maritime Organisation's Guidelines to prevent illegal acts at sea. Investigation of minor and serious crime. Must have experience in the field of drug use, and know the signs and symptoms and effects of any particular type of drug. Advise the Captain of any intelligence reports received as to threat assessments in any particular port or location.

      Be mindful of the implications an act of terrorism would have on the ship. Therefore the Security Officer should have experience in bomb search techniques and provide training by means of regular drills on board the vessel.
      The Security Officer also mans the "Forward Command Post" and co-ordinated search methods and patterns and reports to the Captain as to progress. All ships are briefed as to levels of security to be implemented and intelligence bulletins are received daily.

      They must be able to act rationally in demanding situations, i.e., should there be a fire or other similar threat on board the ship. Prevent stowaways from boarding the ship and have an idea of International Migration Law and handling procedures of stowaways caught. Ensure the hull of the ship (referred to as "The Shell") is watertight and that all hatches are properly battened down. Investigate in conjunction with the ships doctor all accidents to ensure false claims are not made against the ship.

      Salary Scale; Senior Security - $3,800 - $4,400 per month (approx £1,900 - £2,200 per month) depending on age and experience
      Cruise Ship Assistant Security - $1,800 - $2,500 per month (approx £900 - £1,250 per month).

      Odlicna tema.
      Kruz kompanije ti na odlasku prema kuci daju potvrdu da si "bonafide seaman" koje je u stvari molba da ti dopuste da nosis max 32kg u jednoj torbi.
      U mojem iskustvu, taj papir mozete ponijeti na wc.
      Meni nikada nije uspjelo urazumiti osobu na check-in-u da popusti. I niti najljubazniji pristup nije pomogao.
      Air France su razumni, naplatit ce svega 20-ak dolara za 4-7 kg viska, ali Lufthansa ...
      Gledao sam kako ljudi bacaju uniforme u smece jer im je prijetilo $300 doplate.  :rtfm:

      Isto tako, nemojte se prevariti kao bugari koje sam vidio. Bacali su $60 vrijedne parfeme u kantu za smece, jer su ih htjeli ponijeti u rucnoj prtljazi. Kad su shvatili da nece ici, njihova check-in prtljaga je vec bila u avionu, i nisu imali kuda nego baciti u smece. Tekucinu bilo koje vrste je zabranjeno unositi u kabinu, osim ako je kupljena poslije skeniranja rucne prtljage, odmah pokraj "boarding gate-a".

        Stočari u Promini godinama traže osobu koja bi radila kao pastir. Unatoč vrlo dobroj plaći od tisuću eura, plaćenom stanu i hrani te kutiji cigareta dnevno, za ovaj posao nema zainteresiranih



        Država je stoga dopustila 'uvoz' desetak pastira. 'Pala nam je velika briga s leđa. Godinama muku mučimo zbog nedostatka pastira. To je razlog zbog čega je Udruga ovčara i kozara Promine, koja okuplja 15-ak vlasnika stada, lani od resornog ministarstva zatražila uvoz te radne snage', kaže prominski stočar Mirko Validžić za Slobodnu Dalmaciju. On tvrdi da je osobno našim ljudima nudio plaću od tisuću eura, uz uvjet da potpišu da će mu čuvati stado od 600 grla barem godinu dana.

        'Nažalost, nitko se ne odaziva na takve pozive. Istina, jednom mi se javio bračni par koji je ostao bez posla. Javio se i predomislio. Kažu: Što ako nas netko vidi da čuvamo ovce?' kaže Validžić.

        To što neće raditi naši Hrvati, hoće Rumunji i Bosanci. Posljednjih godina u potprominskim selima najcjenjeniji pastiri stižu iz Rumunjske. Rumunji su, inače, na drniškom prostoru u ovom trenutku i najbrojnija uvozna radna snaga. Uz pastire, tu su i građevinski radnici.

        'Sada ih je na privremenom radu u drniškom kraju najmanje pedesetak. Osobno sam, kad sam vidio da uzalud molim domaće radnike da se prihvate stada, potegao do Rumunjske. Otišao sam u kraj gdje žive Hrvati i tako privremeno riješio problem. Prominski stočari u ovom trenutku imaju više od sedam tisuća ovaca i gotovo isto toliko janjaca', rekao je Validžić.

        Pokušao je prije toga do pastira doći preko Zavoda za zapošljavanje: 'Računao sam da bi se netko od sedam tisuća nezaposlenih u Županiji za takvu plaću rado prekvalificirao.'

        'Gotovo sam bio ismijan. Iako uz plaću osiguravam smještaj, hranu, dnevno kutiju cigareta i bon za mobitel', kaže Validžić.

        'Nažalost, nezaposleni ne samo da neće u pastire, nego se nerado odazivaju i na rad u poljoprivredi. Prošle godine Dalmacijavino nije uspjelo naći dovoljan broj radnika za berbu grožđa u Petrovu polju', kaže Aida Barišić iz Područne službe HZZ-a u Šibeniku.

        THIRD COUNTRY NATIONAL PROGRAM

        Dreshak Security Solutions is a service provider to multinational companies that require skilled security specialists for their operations. With offices in Eastern Africa and the Indian Sub-Continent, DSS recruits personnel on a continual basis in order to meet a client’s contract start date. Since 2005, DSS has recruited and deployed over 1,000 personnel for operations in Iraq and Afghanistan.

        Our selection process is stringent and in compliance with the U.S. Departments of State and Defense regulations. We focus on recruiting candidates that are English speaking candidates and possess a military or police special operations background.

        Candidates receive a meticulous administrative vetting to insure that local and government records are authentic, including any record of military or law enforcement service. A local and host country police check is also conducted followed by an INTERPOL check.

        In addition to a physical fitness test, candidates are then 100% medically cleared by an independent and western standard medical facility. Medical tests include, but are not limited to, tests for sexual transmitted diseases, HIV, TB, blood disorders, optometry and overall general physical condition.
        Once medically cleared, passports with necessary visas are processed. They are then equipped with a complete issue of inner and outer uniforms and tactical gear such as body armor, helmets, tactical vests with interchangeable accoutrements, inclement weather uniforms, physical training suits and kit bags to store and transport their gear to their duty station.

        DSS can undertake a training program taught by our cadre of prior civilian and military law enforcement personnel, all of whom have conducted security duties both in Iraq and Afghanistan. Some program highlights consist of standards and dress, physical training, static security guard training, barrier/ queue management techniques, defensive driving techniques, convoy security, vehicular and foot react to contact scenarios, search techniques, communications procedures, weapons qualification and maintenance, and additional mission specified and implied tasks tailored to meet the client’s requirements. Upon conclusion of the training program, the candidates now become a bona-fide “TCN” or Third Country National Security Contractor ready to be deployed to the client’s area of interest.

        In coordination with the client, DSS then undertakes the air transportation of the TCNs by commercial or chartered aircraft to their initial in-country entry point. Whilst deployed, DSS maintains the complete payroll and supports any additional administrative, personnel, logistical or travel support required by the client.

        About Benefits

        Salary – PAE offers competitive compensation packages, to include the base salary, 35% hazard uplift (while at Post), incidentals ($10/day while at Post), airfare reimbursement for R&R travel and a completion bonus.
        Completion Bonus: Upon the successful completion of a twelve month contract, PAE pays a bonus equal to two months’ base salary.
