Title: Asking for ReHire
Post by: seaqn9 on 06/November/2020
Hi all

So I saw an article / post on the website and now I cant find it. But went something along the lines of:
How to ask/what to say in a rehire letter

I've emailed this one agency, asked for a rehire forum but they havent replied yet.
So now I am wondering if there is a specific way one should go about to ask for this forum/letter and if any of you can assist on this matter?

Thanks in advance

Why would you try to get rehired? The industry is in shambles and will remain to be that way for quite some time.

Even though the industry is a bit of mess, I would like still like to have the opportunity to return...

The mail is readytoreturn@ncl.com (you should know - it's on the back of your CBA) but as CEO wrote, the industry will hardly be recruiting new people, returning or not considering the situation. It doesn't look like they'll need new staff anytime soon.

NCL sent e-mail to present officers and crew asking them if they have a plan to return. They sent that email two days ago.

Nobody asked if the poster even left the company in good faith.
If not, they wont rehire you.

Making assumptions is not your forte.
