Title: Any specific suggestions as far as where to apply?

Any specific suggestions as far as where to apply.  
I feel like I've applied to to every email I could find so far?
It's only been a couple weeks of looking but not one phone call yet..
I've revamped my resume and cover letter and am starting over with sending them out...any advice is welcome though!

Online applications work well for marine officers and highly specialized staff, but hotel department ...
You'll have more luck with assistance of an agency/hiring partner.
