1. Shop Manager – 2 vacancies
Requirements:
· 3+ years of Retail Management experience with other cruise companies are highly preferred.
· Ability to demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills including the ability to effectively liaise with cruise line officers.
· Ability to accomplish goals in a team atmosphere.
· Ability to learn and transfer solid product knowledge.
· Ability to take initiative in self-development
· Ability to train, coach, direct and guide all levels of staff.
· Strong PC skills using Microsoft applications such as Word and Excel.
· Language: Fluent in English & Italian, and a third language is a plus

2. Perfume Specialist – 2 vacancies English ( Turkish ) + German as a second language
Requirements
· Minimum 1 year retail beauty/cosmetics experience, preferably in a customer focused environment required.
· Demonstrate professional make-up and treatment consultation and application
· Greeting customers in a positive, upbeat and friendly manner
· Helping customers find and select merchandise
· Communicating with managers regarding customer concerns
· Participating in team meetings and training seminars
· Language: Fluent in English (speaking and writing) - other languages (French, Russian, German, Chinese or Italian) is a plus
