Internet Technology Instructor at Sea!
SeaMobile is seeking experienced, dynamic and motivated individuals to fill the shipboard
position of Internet Technology Instructor onboard luxury cruise liners. Position requires
prior teaching and/or public speaking experience, strong computer knowledge (wireless
internet experience and basic networking skills a plus), internet savvy, sales-orientated
management ability and excellent customer service skills. Successful candidate will thrive
in a fast-paced environment, be patient and courteous, project professionalism at all times
and will have exceptional communication skills. Extensive travel up to 5 months at a time
required. Must have a valid passport and be able to travel internationally.

The Internet Technology Instructor is responsible for teaching computer classes to cruise
ship guests, as well as ensuring the efficient and optimal day-to-day operation of the
shipboard Internet (and affiliated) services. Class curriculum includes multiple levels of
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Windows, Movie Maker, Web Design using FrontPage, photo
editing using Adobe Photoshop Elements, Internet and Email based classes, as well as basic
introductory classes for absolute beginners. Responsibilities include delivering the above
curriculum, preparing class schedules, facilitating sign-ups, effectively marketing the
program onboard each vessel to achieve pre-determined revenue goals, and communicating
between ship departments. This employee also handles all other Internet revenuegenerating
activities onboard, for both guests and crew, while working closely with
shipboard cruise line Staff and Management.
