a. The Stipend Monthly Allowance is in force in effect for a maximum of 90 days.
b. The signee is not permitted to work for any other vessel or company during this period from the date of signing.
c. All joining papers (Medical, passport, Social Insurance form, bank details) must be ready in the event sea chefs require you to join at short
notice. We reserve the right to assign the above mentioned crew member to any river vessel under our management.
d. Social security and Medical insurance shall only be paid upon signing of the succeeding Employment Contract.
e. Should the crew member fail to comply with this agreement, payments will cease and consideration for future employment will be blocked.
f. Upon signing of the Employment Contract this agreement become null and void
g. Seachefs River Cruises Ltd has the right to terminate this agreement with 7 days notice and no damages / compensation of any nature can be
claimed under any circumstances.
h. It is understood that signing of the present agreement does not imply / guarantee the signing of the Employment Contract.
