Zdravo drustvo,

Imam za nekoliko dana interviju sa ljudima iz Aide za poziciju IT tehnicara.

Ima li neko iskustva sa ovom pozicijiom? Sta spada pod to radno mesto? Imam neki job description ali opet kad bih cuo iz prve ruke bio bi dobro.

Takodje me interesuje generalno kakva je firma? Kakvi su ugovori? Nisam bas neke informacije na forumu mogao da nadjem.

I posto plove pod Italijanskom zastavom, rekli su mi da se tamo placa mirovinsko/zdravstveno. Zna li neko kako to ide? To bi trebala firma da uplacuje, ali da mi odbijaju od bruto plate.. Kako, koliko nemam pojma? Koji procenat? Nisam bas strucnjak za ekonomiju..

Svaka pomoc i iskustvo su dobro dosli..

Duties include (but are not limited to):

1. Working on order of the Communication/IT Officer and Senior IT (Hyperion class only) for the safe operation and maintenance of all IT equipment and systems on the vessel.

2. Obligation to follow advises and guidelines of the “IT Project Coordinator” and the “Manager IT Service Delivery” from shore side IT department in
accordance with the vessels operational requirements and legal limitations to grant the compliance with IT specific corporate policies and to allow and
support the functional lead of the shore IT department for the management and operation of the entire corporate IT infrastructure.
The Communication/IT Officer and the Senior IT has to be informed about these advises.

3. Assignment to following tasks:
- to inspect, maintain, administrate and repair all IT client systems and electronic office equipment with the main effort for:
o Computer system workstations and clients including accessories as printers scanners and others
o POS workstations, Check-in infrastructure and other PMS components
o Network and IT infrastructure (LAN, WLAN, Check-in WLAN)
o VoIP and DECT infrastructure and clients
o Internet café and self-booking terminals
o Electronic office equipment, printing and publishing equipment including copy machines
o Application support

- to inspect regular the equipment and administration of a IT hardware and software (applications management)
- to maintain and administrate routine work such as data backup, hardware replacement, spare part order, 1st and 2nd level support for users on board
- to support implementation of IT projects in the AIDA fleet
- to conduct Failure analyses and trouble shooting in collaboration with the shore IT department and external service providers
- to conduct Standby duties for electronic passenger cabin equipment as door locks, safes, TV and phones and passenger Check-in
- to administrate, manage and replicate verification of the planned maintenance and purchase system
- to do Backup verification of data and the recovery of lost data on the vessel
- to implement released updates and upgrades to IT systems as required by company policies
- to handle independently trouble shooting, problem fixing and support
- to manage Internal service support for software and applications
- to give Introduction of computer systems (including backend systems) to new crew members
- to administrate and manage the helpdesk, reporting systems and inventory lists
- to manage and handle the planned maintenance and purchase system
- to observe and monitor the safety, quality and environmental regulations
- to manage and handle the related ISM and other relevant quality systems (Sideduty)
- to commit and maintain AIDA IT regulations as documented in the management system
