Looking to contact a member on Carnival Dream (Slavcho, casino)

I wanted to contact an employee that was exceptionally nice to me aboard the Carnival dream.
His name is Slavcho and he works casino. I wanted to leave contact info for him or get his contact info.
Even a last name to send snail mail would be appreciated!

Additional info: he is currently aboard the Dream and will be out for vacation in 3- 4 months time. I have heard that a letter addressed with a first name, ship, and department may make it to a crew member. Can anyone confirm this?

Yes. Any mail addressed with the persons' name and position will be given to the crew member.
That is how we order stuff online.
You need the address of the office in ship's Turnaround port (where the cruise starts).

Okay I'll try that. I suppose the main concern is that I would be sending it with just a first name. Of course, he's the only one I seen with that name.
