Hello to all,

Have called me for the first interview 4 weeks ago...

after by email they have told me this

if found suitable in comparison to the remaining candidates – they will arrange a follow-up interview with you during the next two or three weeks to test your technical skills.

now 4 weeks have already passed...

Do you think they have discarded me?

usually warn them if you do not you agree?

I do not know what to think ....

 If they don't answer you to first e-mail, send them the second one. If not answered, send third e-mail....its free  
Usually they just lose your e-mail among thousands received in a day.
Not professional, but they give advance to the employees first, than the ones who want to become an employee.
Send a e-mail couple more times, they will answer you for sure!
