Thank you for reaching out. At the moment, all the positions are filled. We placed people who will start the season  based on interview evaluation scores.

Ako je "on hold", ...zna se o čemu se tu radi.
Imaju ljude na svim pozicijama i sve im radi kako treba.

Kako bi trebali tješiti ljude kojima ništa nisu obećali?

Ako je on hold, neka jave ljudima da su on hold a ne da ih zavlace da cekaju i svaki dan se nadaju da se biti pozvani. Na desetine emailova su ignorisali. Mogli su da odgovore pa da ljudi znaju jel mogu da priuste da cekaju ili da se hvataju drugog posla. Ajvonn ih je bar tri puta zvao i 5-6 emaila poslao, i nakon 4 meseca mu jave da je on hold. Ne znam kako drugi gledaju na to, ali meni je to ne postovanje ljudskog zivota i vremena, i osecanja.

Tako je to kada odabereš raditi za drugoga.
Suvremene korporacije te ne tretiraju kao osobu, nego kao broj. Ne samo dok ne radiš za njih, nego i kad si u radnom odnosu.

Oboje ste u pravu. A sve se svodi na zaraditi malo vise nego do sada i makar nesto promeniti u zivotu. A ovakvi i slicni problemi su svuda prisutni. Ske****o me bilo ne jedan dan ali oki-doki ide se dalje, u nove radne pobede. U za nekim boljim i jos more grande CCL-om.
