A. Complimentary Cruise (employee cabin) - No charge
B. Employee Cruise (employee cabin) - $20 per day
C. Confirmed Space Cruise (Low Season - six guest cabins per voyage - January, late August, September, October, November,
early December) - 1st and 2nd - $30 per day, 3rd and 4th in same cabin - $25 per day
D. Confirmed Space Cruise (High Season - three guest cabins per voyage - February, March, April, May, June,July, early August)
Note: Holidays are excluded.

Rates are per person, based on double occupancy and subject to prevailing port and departure charges. (Singles pay two times the rate for a guest cabin.) Confirmed space cruises are offered on a first come, first served basis and are subject to any head count restrictions imposed on the sailing. All requests must be submitted in writing to your Hotel Director at least 21 days prior to the sailing date.
Employee must be working on the same ship or sail with their guest(s).
Cruise benefits are based on a June to May year.
A 50% deposit must be made at the time of confirmation. Full and final payment is due no later than 21 days prior to the sailing date.
Cancellations prior to four days before sailing date are eligible for a refund of 50% of payment; no refund will be made for cancellations three days or less.
You are eligible for Cruise Benefits after six months of continuous employment, shipboard and shoreside service combined.

Certain restrictions and blackout dates apply such as those for ship charters and holidays.
Cruise Benefits requests will be mixed in with those of shoreside full-time and part-time with benefits status employees.
Confirmation will be based on the employee's seniority.
