Food handling and preparation as per company menu cycle and under the supervision of the designated Sous/Executive Chef
Organize and prepare mise en place
Ability to operate common kitchen equipment
Demonstrate culinary fundamentals and knife skills
Cleaning procedure as per HACCP
Requirements:
Minimum two years of pastry experience, preferably in a four or five star restaurant, hotel or resort
Cruise ship experience is a plus
Good interpersonal skills, positive attitude and willingness to learn
Good communication skills and good command of the English language
High school diploma or basic education equivalent is preferred
Holder of UK National insurance number and/or EEA citizen
