Pošto sam iz Zagreba i iščitavajući forum skontao da bi možda bilo bolje da im odem na vrata?


Dear candidates,

pre interview video application, Curriculum vitae with online portfolio (just the  link with picture gallery) for each candidate before we schedule the interview.

1.

Pre interview -  video application:

(2-3min long) of candidate answering questions below.
Video application should be very simple, recorded using just a cell phone, point and shoot camera or a computer web camera. Business dress code and big J !!!
Video size should not be bigger than 640x480 and total file size and should not exceed more than 30MB. This video can be created by candidate in comfort of their home and then sent to you.

answering the following questions:

·         Tell us something about yourself?      
·         Why do you want to join a shipboard photography team?
·         What do you hope to learn on board?              
·         What kind of photography do you enjoy the most & why?
·         Have you ever worked as photographer, if yes tell us about your previous work experience?
·         Describe a favorite picture you took?
·         What is the most exciting thing you have done in past 6 months?                  
·         On a scale from 0-10 how happy are you & why?            
·         What is the strangest thing you have ever eaten?
·         How do you see yourself 5 years from now?

 We will create online storage space for all of you, dedicated for these videos on  www.dropbox.com

- Our primary focus will be on candidates with outgoing personalities that are very people & team oriented.

Although photography skill will be important part of the selection , the candidates ability to be  interactive with the guests , with fun & outgoing personality will take priority.

Basic information of the education & work experience with contact information and link with online portfolio (picture gallery)

Pre interview - Online Portfolio:
Another requirement for candidates is to have their own portfolio posted online as a picture gallery so that we can see and review their work.

There are plenty FREE photo sharing websites which are used for this purpose such as : www.Flickr.com,  www.photobucket.com, www.tinypic.com , etc. which you could recommend to your candidates.
If the candidates have their own website with picture galleries, this would be also fine . Please note that facebook accounts will not be considered as valid picture gallery links.
Link with picture gallery (portfolio) need to be written in Curriculum vitae which needs to be posted along with video application.

After review we ll make pre selection of your candidates and schedule the training/interview

Sve sto je napisano je tacno, tako je nas 20tak imalo prvo video interviju, i nesto kasnije, tj.par dana kasnije smo pozvani na trening i interviju.
Neki ljudi nikada ne polude, kako dosadne živote oni mora da vode.
