We are a relatively new recruiting agency that started placing staff on-board cruise ships four months ago. We have a partnership with an Israeli company (ESPIT GROUP) that recruits and employs staff for duty free shops on-board cruise ships. Costa and MSC are just some of the cruise company's with whom we work. Espit Group has on-board cruise ships from the above mentioned company's, boutique's were they commercialize cosmetic products from the Dead Sea, under the brand name of AQUA, Minerals from the Dead Sea. Your job when working for this company will be to promote and sell this products. From the beginning you will have two big advantages: - first that this kind of product has a huge demand, - second, you are working on a cruise ship, therefore you have from the start a great number of costumers that surely will enter your space every week (every ship has a capacity of over 2000 passenger). And this is the biggest advantage that you don't have while working on a shop on land. Basic personal requirements for this position are: - Excellent presentation - English language proficiency advantage for a second language as Italian/French/Spanish - Costumer orientation - Great sales skills The recruitment process will have three stages: - Informal interview with our HR representative, will be held in Bucharest. This will be a quick interview, just to get to know you and go trough the recruiting/hiring process, documents needed. Interview will be held in English language. - Final Interview, with employer, face to face or by Skype depending on possibility. - Training, will be provided by a company professional, will cover product training, sales techniques and life on-board basics, will be held in Bucharest and will have the duration of 12 to 16 hours. Documents needed for hiring are: - Passport - Passport size pictures x2 - STCW-95 certificates (details on how to, cost and where to do it will be provided on the first interview) - Seaman's Book (details on how to, costs and where to do it will be provided on the first interview) - Medical form stamped and signed by a doctor - Travelling Insurance - Yellow Fever Vaccine Contracts are for 6 months time period and itinerary's vary from ship to ship. Earnings are calculated from commission from the sales, although the employer will guarantee minimum earnings of 700$.
