\nHow to get rehired?<\/p>\n

For those who try to get back to work for Carnival Cruise Line, here’s words of one crewmember who had successfully achieved the same:

Here, I’ve completed the Carnival rehire process, so follow these steps carefully if you find yourself in my shoes in the future:<\/p>\n

1. Send inquiry to Carnival crew assistance mail crewassistance@carnival.com
\n2. Wait for your email to get forwarded to Steven Madrid<\/a> (in my case, it was one month)
\n3. Wait for Steven Madrid to grant or deny re-hire request (in my case, 3 minutes from the time I got the answer from crewassistance@carnival.com.)
\n4. Complete your medical exam and send all documentation obtained, together with the MMR vaccine, to the Carnival medical staff newhirephysicals@carnival.com. Before sending, find a way to resize your attachments to KB size instead of MB, or you’ll risk getting “failed to send email” messages from your email client.
\nIf you keep failing to send email to newhirephysicals@carnival.com, try crewmedical@carnival.com and ppeme@carnival.com
\n5. Wait for medical staff to respond (in my case a month and a half, my doctor forgot to give two findings, and that’s why it got delayed)
\n6. Wait on Letter of Employment<\/p>\n

The first email I sent 11th of September, the date of embarkation I got is 5th of December.
\nAll in all, just shy of 3 months of waiting.<\/p>\n
