Here is the latest and most accurate information with regards to the Casino logistics training, based of Cyprus.
Casino Logistics, and probably the very training, leads Mr. Trevor Cullen, lovable British. He is former casino manager at NCL and Royal Viking.

This information is for training for dealers, which lasts a month. Training and their “services” cost €1.800. It does not include accommodation and food, of course, but they organize affordable accommodation for their candidates, prices 7-10€ per day, depending on location. Accommodation for the duration of the training should not exceed €220.
Of course, I’m sure no one will mind if you arrange your own accommodation if you think you can do better. Then you have the cost of food, apparently they order lunches on training with a price tag of €2, and you can order dinners too. So lunch plus dinner in 30 days – €120.
if you eat light food for breakfast; some cereals, spreads, marmalade … Say that’s about extra €40. I didn’t ask for the price of a medical exam, I suppose that is the same as for any other position within the Carnival. Another cost – an American visa approx. €100. Air fare to join the ship is paid by the company only while you are a trainee dealer, later you pay it yourself $400 max.

summary:
Training the €1.800
-Accommodation €220
-Food €160
-Medical €175 (price dr. Nikolic in Rijeka)
-C1/D visa €100
————————————————
TOTAL: €2.455

So, let’s say that you have successfully completed everything, passed the test … You’re coming on board (embarkation is guaranteed immediately after training – with the possibility of a short waiting time if something screws up the rotation – as is often the case) … The first 3 months you are trainee dealer, you get half of the fixed salary and half of TIPS. Fixed pay is $300 for the dealer, $10 a day, to be precise. So, as a trainee, you have 5 bucks a day. I was told also that the average tips is 1000-1300 $ a month for the dealer – as a trainee you get half of that – $500-650. So the first three months onboard you can count on a salary of up to $ 1.000. And in those three months you have earned back the initial cost of getting there. If all goes according to plan, at the end of 3 months you got the “promotion” from Trainee dealer to Dealer, but I still get only half of the tips, if I understand it – because you’re not an experienced dealer and still need a special “supervision” . When the upper casino management decide – you become “seasoned dealer.”

Is it worth or not to you, the decision is yours …

  2. Dear Zeljko, the author of the text above is not Casino Logistics, but the cruise ship forum member legionnaire007. The title of the text is Casino Logistics. This is just a review, a one man’s opinion. For employment opportunity, you need to look somewhere else.

  3. The company and management are shady.
I have applied once and they asked me for more and more information, and after they got what they needed they vanished, and blocked communication.
Havent yet had any remotely bad experience as similar to Casino Logistics.
Wouldnt trust them after this even if they promised cure for cancer, corporate pricks.
