A future crew-member who had already passed the job interview reports to have received an automated email from Norwegian Cruise Line, stating that his CV is … under review?
Don’t panic.
Feel free to disregard it, since someone obviously doesn’t know how to use automated email service/software. Or perhaps they are overwhelmed with applications from all over the world, and simply can not dedicate individual attention to every single candidate, including those who have passed the interview and wait for Letter of Employment & Joining Date.
This situation is very telling of what’s to come once new-hire joins the ship. Until he/she proves himself onboard, he/she is only a number in the system.
